We think we have the online payment functions setup up.  Unfortunately, when you go to pay there is nothing on there to allow you to tell us who you are signing up.  So please email or message us with the confirmation number as well as the player(s) name and age.  Waivers and the actual player information forms will still need to be signed before the player(s) can participate in a practice.
